Together we have a combined total of 85 years of property management, investment real estate and business experience.  Leads our property management team. Kim's experience in multifamily started here in Houston over 20 years ago with Harold Farb Investments and covers leasing, property management and financial roles. Kim has supervised over 1800 units in and around the Houston area with management companies and directly for private owners. She has owned and operated several businesses including construction and service industries. She has a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Kim most recently held the position of  controller over 8 corporations for a Houston real estate investment firm from 2004 to late 2007 before launching Texas Property Systems.

 Nathan brings to the team an extensive amount of investment real estate and property management knowledge with 30+ years of experience in the Houston and surrounding areas. Nathan has extensive multifamily and single family experience where he has successfully owned and operated a Real Estate and property management company over the last 15 years.
