Kim Terrell – CEO

Kim leads our management team with over twenty five years experience starting in Houston with Harold Farb Investments. Her background covers leasing, property management, marketing and area supervisory roles, both with management companies and directly for private investors. Before founding Texas Property Systems in 2006 she held the position of Controller for a Houston RE Investment firm over nine corporations, five represented multifamily assets in which her role included area supervisor responsibilities. Kim has been a guest speaker at the Realty Investment Club of Houston Multifamily – Commercial focus group covering topics on property management and distressed property rehabilitation.

Anthony Nwankwo - Broker

Anthony is our broker and leads our Real Estate team with vast amount of experience in both residential and commercial Real Estate in the Houston market for over twelve years. He uses the latest technology to understand the current market and to make the connections necessary for success. Anthony’s proven track records are factors you can count on when working with Texas Property Systems. His professional affiliation includes: The Realty Investment Club of Houston-(RICH), Houston Association of Realtors-(HAR), Texas Association of Realtors-(TAR) and National Association of Realtors-(NAR).

Byron Terrell – COO – Realtor®

Byron has responsibilities over the company’s daily operations including managed properties and  rehabilitation projects. His career spans over twenty five years in commercial, industrial and multifamily construction projects and maintenance. Byron started his Real Estate career in commercial property management over 25 years ago with Property Management Systems Inc of Houston. He later joined developer Harold Farb Investments as Director of HVAC Services and licensee with departmental responsibilities over a twenty eight property multifamily portfolio and four commercial office mid rise assets. In addition to serving as operations manager, he is a licensed Texas Realtor® and partner in a General Contractor company with over fifteen years of project management experience in commercial and multifamily remodeling & construction.
